Course description:
Conduct basics of public finance overview, theory, and practice. The training provides a political-economic analysis of the federal government. Modern democratic governments directly control more than a third of gross national product (GDP) and influence much of the rest through their fiscal and regulatory policies. In analyzing the public sector, we note that the public sector economics is different from the private sector. In private sector economics, or market economy, each person makes her choice; in public sector economics, one choice applies for all.
Learning outcome
On successful completion of this module, the trainee will be able to:
* To enable the trainee to understand the basics of public finance.
*To Identify the Critical point objectives of all five major components of PF (Tax revenue, expenditure controls, national budget, national debt, and deficit/surplus).
*To grasp all three basic principles of Analyzing governments and how to measure cost/Benefits to society for taxation.
* To understand the process and how negotiated taxation is, budgets, Government expenditure, and Cetera
