Introduction of ethics and code of conduct is all about it. importance of Code of Conduct , especially during uncertain times, is an essential step in communicating an organization’s core values and principles and ensuring government employees understand their responsibility to act with honesty and integrity — inside and outside the workplace.
Learning outcome
On successful completion of this module, the trainee will be able to:
•Grasp and avoiding conflicts of interest.
• To protecting confidential information of government and its premises
•To prevent discrimination, tribalism and harassment.
•Learning how to avoid bribery and anti-corruption.
